Shandong Ningjin Spring Co., Ltd was built in 1970. It is one of the appointed suppliers by the Railway Ministry of China. We have 580 employees and 82 technicians at present. The company covers an area of 100, 000 square meters, has registered capital RMB30 million and annual sales income RMB120 million. We have 5 hot coiling product lines, one cold coiling product line and one polishing workshop, one physical & chemical test center. The main products include train cargo and passenger carriage springs, business car springs, CRH springs, engineering vehicles springs, car springs, minning machine springs. We can produce the spring with bar diameter of 1mm to 80mm, the maximum spring diameter of 400mm, the maximum length of bar materials can be 14m, the maximum length of the spring 1400mm. We are the main supplier of more than 20 train manufacturing & repairing factories which belongs to South Train Group and North Train Group. And we are the only one pointed supplier for the CRH springs in China. Our products had been exported to Bombardier-Canada, Alstom-France, Siemens- Germany, Japan Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Japan-IKO NIPPON THOMPSON, Doosan-South Korea, Beml-India, Tractor Engineers-India etc. And also we have die casting products, machinery processing products and rubber products. Since 2007, we had supplied springs for 100 carriages of CRH-200 (speed 200 kilometer/h), 30 carriages of CRH-300(speed 300kilometer/h), 2 carriages of CRH-350. 1700 carriages of passenger train and 40 carriages of business train. We occupied the spring market 100% for the domestic produced CRH, 80% for the passenger carriage spring market, cargo carriage spring market 20% and business carriage spring only supplied by us.
