Steel Structure:

Material:

High strength low alloy steel with 350 MPa yield strength is used for welded I-beam and fabricated parts.

Main Beams:

500mm deep x 146mm wide x 8mm web(14mm/8mm/16mm) (350 MPa yield strength) welded I-section main beams.

Cross Members:

5mm thick x 60mm wide x 300mm high channel type with trapeziform gussets.

Upper Coupler Assembly:

10mm thick pick up plate; 6mm thick “U” section channel type king pin supporter

Front Bolster:

150mm wide x 180mm deep x 6mm thick “C” type channel with Hanger.

Rear Bolster:

100mm wide x360mm deep x 6mm thick “C” type bottom channel . The rear stop, tail and turn

lights shall be mounted on the rear face of the bolster.

Bumper:

The bumper step is square section type with100mm high x 50mm wide x 5mm thick with road

traffic reflector suit to road regulation.

Side Rail:

3mm thick checker plate with under reinforce square tube, 4.5mm thick x 50mm wide x 95mm

high “C” type channel floor cross members.

Equip wallboard above flat top, the depth is 600 mm(thickness=1.6mm), 5 pieces each side.

“BPW” 13 ton × 3 units.

Mechanical suspension with 8 pieces of leaf spring (90mm wide by 16mm thick per leaf). Gross
