Insulation Board Production Line

This production line is able to manufacture foam boards of lightweight, acoustic insulation, thermal insulation and fire insulation, allowing for energy conservation in buildings and substantial reduction of wet-process work load during construction, and facilitating mechanical construction.

The production process includes the following steps: Raw materials preparation, adding water to premixed dry mortar for foaming and mixing, making materials uniform and weighing, coating with moulds, laminating glass fiber mesh, rolling, further mortar coating with moulds, secondly laminating glass fiber fabric, roller forming, unloading and shelving, demoulding, cutting, stacking, and packaging. The production line employs a mechanical assembly line.
