XL21 Power Distribution Cabinet

XL 21 Power Distribution Cabinet, indoor enclosed power distribution Cabinet, cabinet structure using thin plate bending welding or bolt assembled, with upper and lower ventilation window, inlet& outlet cables introduced by the bottom. If users have special requirements, incoming line knock-off holes also can be opened on the top of the cover or adding bus. Shell protection grade not less than IP30, technology performance conform to GB7251.1 standards.

Suitable for indoors under normal conditions of use, rated insulation voltage 660v, rated voltage is AC 380V, rated current of rated frequency 50hz to 630A and distribution systems as in industrial and mining enterprises, residential, offices, public buildings and other places used for power, lighting and power distribution

Usage Environment

Altitude not exceeds 2000 meters.
Ambient temperature: ambient air temperature is not higher than +40 °C.
No excessive dust, acid, salt, corrosive and explosive gases in the air. Relative humidity does not exceed the maximum temperature of +40 °C 50% at the lowest temperatures, allowing a higher temperature may accidentally produce general condensation

Installation and maintenance

Power distribution cabinet is allowed packing & transportation only after strictly quality inspection. When the products arrived at destination, firstly to check the packing slip is complete. If power distribution box is not to install immediately, please be stored in a dry & clean place.

Please note installation in strict accordance with the installation diagram. Channel steels and screws are prepared by user-self; In the case of the cable outlet, user need to burying the basic groove and foot bolts and then to open cable trench.

After installation or maintenance, power distribution Cabinet Group must be carried out the following items of inspection and testing before put into operation:

Checks whether the internal electrical equipment and wiring in line with original blueprint.

Check and operating the switch several times, to see if flexible & normal

Check and test all the instruments and relay if operations are accurate
