Cement Mill Working Principle
Cement mill is composed of horizontal cylinder, feeding hollow shaft and the grinding head and other components. The barrel is a long cylinder made of steel plate, provided with a grinding body, a steel lining plate fixed with the cylinder body. The grinding medium is usually steel ball, and according to different diameters and a certain proportion, load steel balls into cylinder.
When the cylinder rotates, the material and grinding balls in the role of centrifugal force close on the lining board, and because of the function of friction force, cylinder material and grinding the ball are throw to a certain height, then under the action of gravity, grinding ball and materials drop at the same time, grinding material , meanwhile, material relatively to lining board, do slide friction, which produces grinding effect on the material so as to achieve the purpose of grinding material.

1.Ordinary cement mill
Most of the ordinary cement mill are apply to the circuit grinding system, which is characterized by grinding efficiency high mill output, low power consumption, especially when grinding slag cement, performance is more prominent.
2.High yield high fine cement mill
High yield superfine cement ball mill is mainly used for opening flow grinding system. Its characteristics are simple process, less investment, less covering area of plant; the mill structure adopts advanced inner choosing powder special compartment device, fine grinding barn adds an activation device, mill end is provided with discharging grate plate, minimize grinding media size of grinding barn , greatly improving the grinding efficiency, achieving high yield, low energy consumption.
