Usage Direction:
SX-DF-2800 rubber refrigerating machine is used after open mixer for water cooling long rubber sheets immediately and drying them by roller, avoid stickness and deformation.
1. This group of machines are used after mixer(banbury) and open mixing machine, including water tank machine, water cooling machine and powdering machine.
2.Water cooling/chilling machine automatic SX-DF-2800 Series can cool rubber sheets down immediately, water temperrature being controlled within 10°c-15°c (or desired temperture)by water and dry them by roller pressing and powderi ng to avoid any air-bubble so as to keep rubber dry and solid or they will be stick and deformation.
3.Stainless steel water tank, equiped with main electrical apparatus of famous brands FUJI.
4.A standard machine can be customized to meet your exact requirements(we can provide10Hp or 15HP Or 40HPchillers)
5.Improving rubber quality(anti-stick) and maintaining good house-keeping.
