Needle Roller Bearings

Needle roller bearing(K, HK, NK, NKI, NA, RHA) are roller bearings with slender cylindrical rollers. These bearings are designed for applications where radial space is limited but high radial load carrying capacity is required. In spite of their low cross section the bearing can accommodate high load and are thus extremely suitable for bearing arrangements where radial space is limited. Such bearings are widely used for gear diving systems, automobile and engineering machinery turning systems, as well as motorcycle motor connecting rods.

NK, RNA

The needle roller bearings without inner ring is suitable for the parts of which the radial size is limited. Because of no inner ring, the surface of shaft journal fitted with it is acted directly as rolling surface. It is requested the surface hardness be no less than HRC60, and surface roughness.

NKI, NA

The inner ring has no shoulder in this bearings. For this purpose, the inner ring , outer ring, complete setoff needles and cage can be mounted respectively.
