I． Fuel type

This boiler adopts fast furnace combustion mode. Fuel application scope : wooddust, sawdust, woodchips, woodblock, woodstrip, bark, bamboo, clothing and bag’s factory wastage , crushed straw and so on

II． Structure characteristics:

1. Using arch tube sheet, wing flue channel, screw-thread type smoke pipe to make the boiler heat quickly, super structural flexibility, and will avoid break problem between sheet and pipes.

2. Two-chambers twice combustion, longer flue stroke inside, completed burn-out of fly ash, secondary wind feeding, no dark smoke emission, higher thermal efficiency .

3. The furnace is equipped with explosion-proof doors to protect the furnace walls.

III． Performance characteristics

1. Changing traditional mode of the fuel at the bottom and the fire flame going, can control the flame strength of burning wood and avoid deflagration.

2. Through adjusting the volume of secondary wind to control the speed of the fuel combustion.

3. Can burn the wood strip with the length less than 2 m.

4. Does not have special requirement of feeding evenly.
