Description
This machine composed of two machine as : CJXH-1600G Binary gas filling &Capping Machine and CJXH-1600G Binary liquid Filling Machine.
CJXH-1600G Bag on valve Aerosol Filling Machine is applicable for the packing of water based aerosols, integrates compressed air filling and capping as well as following raw material filling.
Through this binary filling, raw material will be filled into the inside bag of the can , and entirely separate from can body, which prevents the trouble of the can leak due to raw material corrosion .
During using, its valve shall be opened to make compressed air in the can to force the raw material in the bag out of the can . When raw material is fully ejected, compressed air in the can still retains and then be used for repeated filling. Form of ejected raw material mist is variable by changing the valve actuator.
The set of equipment has been widely used in such fields as pharmacy, healthcare fire fighting and daily chemical, to fill such as air purifying agent, pesticide, disinfector, fire extinguishing agent and computer cleaning agent etc.
