Description
Copper free mirror is also called lead free mirror, environmentally mirror. The copper free silver mirror is made through a chemical sedimentation process. A sheet of specially treated silver is coated on quality float glass, followed by a sheet of special metal film instead of copper, and finished with two layers of lead free paint for chemical and physical protection.
It has high grade anti-corrosion than normal copper mirror after edge grinding. With lead content less than 0.01% of mirror backing paint, it can reach the vehicle mirror quality requirements of "Directive 2000/53/EC of the European Parliament and the Council on end-of -life vehicles".

Thickness:2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm.
Maximum dimensions: 96"x144" (2, 440mmx3, 660mm).
Regular size: 1220x1830mm, 1600x2550mm, 1830x2440mm, 2134x3050mm, 2250x3210mm, etc.
Size tolerance: +/- 0.2mm.
Deep processing: plane mirror sheet can be cut into any size and any shape and sandblast process is available. Mirror edge can be deeply processed into round edge(C-edge), flat edge(V-edge), beveled edge, fluted edge, polished edge, etc. And various sizes are available according to customers' requirements.
Packing: seaworthy wooden crate and with paper interleaved between mirror sheet

2. Large mirror sheet should be placed in safe area, and do not store in outdoors.
3. Far away from heat and any kind of chemical such as acid, alkali, fuel, putty and various organic solvents or vapors, etc.
4. Placed vertically with paper interleaved.
