1.Through adoption of thermo-laminating technology, the top and bottom layers are high strength aluminum alloy sheets, the intermediate layer is nonpoisonous, fi- re-proof and high density polyethy lene (PE) core board, and adhesive resin from Korea Fuguang Chemical Co., Ltd.or high polymer binding film from American DU PONT and from Japan Mitsubishi is used for bonding layer.

2.On the front face is applied with a fluorocarbon resin(content of KYNAR500 greater than 70%)coating, which falls into non-metallic pigment system and metallic pigment system.For aluminum composite panel for indoor use, polyester coating may be adopted for its front face, which also meets its operating requirements.
