Product Characteristics And Main Usages
For the sewage of a positive charge with suspended particulates and its PH value is neutral or alkaline, APAM plays a role of electrical neutralization with the suspended particles and makes a bridge to form large flocs among the particulates. It is widely used in waste water treatment of chemical industry, municipal sewage treatment, such as coal washing, mineral processing, metallurgy, iron and steel industry and electronic industry. It is also used in oil industry to enhance oil recovery which is widely used. In addition, it can be used as paper additives and textile pulp agent.

Product Characteristics And Main Usages
CPAM shows electropositivity in acid or alkaline medium. There is a significant effect in the treatment of wastewater with negative charges. Its characteristics are fast floc formation, good conglobation and good resistance to compression and shear. It is very efficient in usage and has high dehydration rate. It is used for the waste water treatment in alcohol factory, monosodium glutamate factory, sugar factory, beverage factory,
tanneries, dyeing and other feilds. The effect of CPAM is several times higher than APAM, NPAM or inorganic salt. It is used as flocculant in the process of tap water treatment with river water as its source, showing less dosage, effective and low cost as its advantage. It has a better effect to be used together with inorganic coagulant in particular. It can be used as paper additives as well.
3. Non-ionic Polyacrylamide（NPAM）

Product characteristics and main usages
Due to a certain amount of polarity gene in NPAM’s molecular chain which can absorb the solid particulates suspending in the water, it is easier to form large flocs. It is the most appropriate to use NPAM, when the sewage is acidic. It is better to use NPAM in conjunction with inorganic salts such as inorganic flocculant poly iron and poly aluminum. It is also used as agents for the textile pulp, paper chemicals, water shutoff agent, and etc.
Because of its non-ionic functional group, PH value and salts have a little influence on NPAM’s flocculation. In the neutral or alkaline conditions, the flocculation effect is not as good as APAM, but better than APAM in acidic conditions.
4. Amphoteric Polyacrylamide（ZPAM or ACPAM）
