“Class 0.2S and 0.5S Static A.C Active watt-hour Meter”, GB/T17882-1999“Class 2 and 3Static A.C Reactive Watt-hour Meter”, and DL/T645-1997“Multi-function watt-hour meter”, the communication agreement accord with DL/T6451997.

2. Function and Features
