Silica Gel
Yuanying silica gel does not dissolve in water, any solvents, non-toxic tasteless, not burning. It has stable chemical properties, does not react with any material except strong alkali, hydrofluoric acid. It has open porous structure, high adsorption properties, good thermal stability, stable chemical properties, high mechanical strength, etc.
Added dilute sulfuric acid (hydrochloric acid) into the aqueous solution of sodium silicate and let standing, thus becoming solid aqueous silicate gel. Used water washing to remove Na+ and SO4 2- (Cl-) ions dissolved in the electrolyte, after drying it is silica gel. Different manufacturing methods form different microporous structure, different microporous structure form different models, such as macroporous silica gel, silochrom (type C silica gel), type B silica gel, fine-pored silica gel (type A silica gel).

Type A Silica Gel

Regeneration temperature
Silica gel can be removed moisture by the way of thermal desorption, desorption temperatures as follows:
Type C silica gel≤600℃
Type A silica gel≤200℃
Allochroic silica gel≤120℃
Silica alumina gel≤350℃

Type B silica gel pore structure is between silochrom and fine-pored silica gel.

Type C silica gel also called silochrom
This product is a raw material for preparation of silica sand, after drying and screening can form silochrom, used as desiccant, adsorbent and catalyst carrier. It can be used for d-r-u-g purification, removal organic acid and polymer from insulating oil, adsorption high molecular protein in industrial fermentation process, adsorption harmful elements in water, gas dehydration, goods moisture-proof rust prevention, pet packing and so on.

Silica Gel Cat Litter
Silica gel cat sand actually is Type C silica gel
Silica gel cat litter is non-toxic and pollution-free, it is hard to be broken, can inhibit bacterial from growing. Yuanying cat litter has the following merits:
1. It can absorb and hold the urine and feces odor and keep your room air fresh.
2. It can completely absorb the cat urine immediately although adsorption liquid is over 80% of its own weight and still can keep its appearance dry.
3. 4 lbs cat litter for one cat can be used for one month.
4. It can inhibit bacterial from growing.
Cat litter itself is white, can be made more colors according to user requirements, can also be added fragrances. Common fragrances include rose, lavender, jasmine, lemon, sweet-scented osmanthus, ocean, apples, oranges, strawberries, etc. Packing specifications are 3.6L, 3.8L, 4L, 5L, 7.6L, 8L, 10L, 15kg, 20kg and so on. Packaging can be customized according to customer's requirements.
How to use
1. Fill litter box with silica gel cat litter to the lever of 15 inches.
2. Clean up the rubbish after use to keep clean periodically.
3. For more than one cat, you can reduce the period of replacing cat litter in proportion, rather than placing much more cat litter in the box, the proposed way to use one 3.6 L bag is following: a cat, one month, two Cats, about 15 days, three cats, about 10 days.
4. After the solid waste is dehydrated, scoop it out without any litter.
5. Store Cat litter box or silica gel cat litter in clean, non-moisture places, to extend its service life.
Silica Alumina Gel
Molecular formula: mSiO2·nAl2O3·xH2O
Silica alumina gel, which is a kind of special products formed by adding a certain amount of alumina in fine-pored silica gel, different aluminum oxide content has different performance. Yuanying has 17% water resistant silica alumina gel, 0.5% ~ 8% fine-pored silica alumina gel.
17% Silica Alumina Gel
17% silica alumina gel is a kind of fine-pored water-resistant silica alumina gel, generally used as a protective layer for fine-pored silica gel and fine-pored silica alumina gel. It can also be used alone under a high content of free water (liquid water). Although operating system contains liquid water, this product still can achieve a lower dew point.
Mainly used for drying air in the process of air separation; acetylene adsorption in the production process of liquid ammonia and liquid nitrogen; compressed air drying and all kinds of industrial gases drying; as liquid adsorbent and catalyst carrier in the petrochemical industry, electric utility and brewing; as protective layer for common silica gel and silica alumina gel.
When use this product as the protective layer, its dosage is about 20% of the total.
0.5%~8% Silica Alumina Gel
The appearance of 0.5 ~ 8% silica alumina gel is slightly yellow, it has good chemical stability, not burning, not dissolved in any solvent. Comparing with fine-pored silica gel, this product has the same adsorption capacity at low relative humidity, but adsorption capacity exceeds 6~10% at high relative humidity, and thermal stability is 150 ℃ higher than fine-pored silica gel (200 ℃), high above. It is very suitable for temperature swing adsorption, separating agent.
It is mainly used for natural dehydration, and light hydrocarbon separation of temperature swing adsorption (PSA), etc. also can be used for petroleum industrial catalyst and catalyst carrier, industrial desiccant, liquid adsorbent and gas separation, etc.
Blue Silica Gel
Blue silica gel can be divided into blue indicating silica gel, color-changing silica gel and blue silica gel. Its appearance is blue or light blue glass-like ball or lump.
Blue silica gel mainly used in various industries, through itself color changes after moisture absorption to indicate the level of desiccant moisture absorption and the relative humidity of the environment

Blue silica gel can be regenerated, it will be returned to the original color after heating-dehydration
