Overview

LKCD-V magnetic particle inspection has three modes of magnetization: rotation, AC, DC.Which uses SCR for non-contact switch, low noise, long life, simple operation, convenient, well-adaptable, stabilization.

This is our new products, which not only has all the advantages of portable machine, but also has some strengths of moving machine, expanding use, simplified operations, also has the demagnetization function.

■ Function options

★ A probe : also called horseshoe magnetic yoke or fillet probe, this probe is applied to horseshoe magnetic yoke detectors or fillet weld detector CJX－A, the probe with active joints, wide utilization. Polar distances: 0 ~ 190 ㎜, lifting force ≥4㎏ weight:2kg

★ D probe: also called electromagnetic yoke probe, this probe is applied to electromagnetic yoke detector CJX—D, the probe has high magnetic, big magnetized intensity, etc. Polar distances 40 ~ 220mm, lifting force AC≥6 Kg, weight: 2.2 Kg.

★ E probe: also called cross magnetic yoke probe or rotating magnetic probe, this probe is applied to rotating magnetic detector CJX - E, using two crossed magnetic yoke and adopting AC phase shifting technology, causes it to have the composite rotating magnetic field varying with time, the workpiece once omni-directional magnetized.High detection speed, high detection quality. Polar distances: 80 , lifting force≥10㎏ weight: 3.3Kg

★ O probe: also called annular probe, this probe is applied to annular detector CJX－O, electrified coil produce strong magnetic workpieces. Suitable for flaw detection or demagnetization of complex workpieces, such as axle and pipe. Inner diameter: 150mm, central magnetic≥ 1800TV, weight:3Kg

★ In order to adapt the fluctuation of voltage, improve the life of equipment, the machine are with four gears, working current of the probe should be about 12A.
