Ceramic Structured Tower Packings

Ceramic Structured Tower Packings has the advantages of a higher surface area, flux, less resistance , higher efficiency, corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance(up to 1, 000℃ or above).It is flexible in operation and without amplification effect in a large tower, and particularly suitable for the rectification and absorption of corrosive mixture on the occasion of strict requirments of pressure drop and number of theoretical plates.

Ceramic Sturctured Tower Packings incude Light ceramic packing, ceramic corrugated packing.

The ceramic corrugated packing has the types of 100 - 750 X / Y , X and Y respectively represents the wave Angle are 30 。、 45 ° , and the number means the value of surface.

The diameter can be manufactured in 100 - 8000 mm , if upon request , it can also be designed and manufactured to meet the need of specific applications.

2）Plastic Structured Packings

Plastic Structured Packings include corrugated plate, perforated & corrugated plate , gauze corrugated plate, . oblique corrugated plate. Plastic packings are made from polyethylene(PE), polypropylene(PP), polyvinyl chloride(PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) etc.

3）Metallic Sturctured Packings

Metallic Sturctured Packings include perforated &corrugated plate, corrugated plate gauze, pricked&corrugated plated, corrugated wire gauze and annular corrugated plate. Owing to its thin wall , low resistance, high void and capacity , metallic packings have a high separation efficiency, and applied to handle the thermalsensitive, hard to separation and easy carbonized materials in the vacuum rectifying tower.
